Bouillé-Courdault is a small typical swamp village of about 600 inhabitants featuring nice typical landscapes of the Marais Poitevin : small harbor, river ports, canals, traditional stone houses… This village, a little away from the very touristic villages, is very popular with people looking for peace and lovers of walks on foot, by bike or on horseback. - School transport by horse-drawn carriage This municipality village is the first one in the Vendée Department to have organized, since September 2019, in partnership with its local equestrian center, the school transport by horse-drawn carriage for the pupils. All the pupils are very happy are proud to go trotting to school. |

- A certified “organic” restaurant Furthermore, the first 100% organic pizzeria in the West of France has been opened in Bouillé-Courdault in 2016 : “Le Carbet des Gourmets”, which proposes organic pizzas which can be picked up every Friday and Sunday evening. |
